Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat while maintaining a high level of phone etiquette. Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and payment processing. Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information as needed. Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns and provide timely resolutions. Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional client services. Respond to and resolve customer queries through phone and email quickly and effectively. Book and manage appointments for our sales and install team. Become knowledgable on Owensboro Insulators services and capabilities. Warehouse Inventory Management. Qualifications and Requirements Proven experience in customer service or related field is preferred. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English. Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions. Proficient typing skills for efficient data entry and record keeping. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team environment. Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills A strong understanding and working knowledge of the internet and Apple calendar. 1+ years in a customer service position preferably in phone support Ability to pass drug screening Valid Drivers License Ability to lift 30lbs Ability to operate Forklift Join our team today and contribute to creating outstanding experiences for our customers!
