Position Overview We are seeking dependable, experienced Warehouse Operators to support daily warehouse operations across all three shifts. The ideal candidates will have recent, hands-on warehouse experience and the ability to operate a stand-up forklift, load and unload trailers, perform receiving duties, and utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS). Candidates must be flexible, safety-conscious, and willing to perform a variety of warehouse tasks to support overall facility operations.

•7:30 AM ( Urgent Hiring Need ) Key Responsibilities Operate a stand-up forklift safely and efficiently. Load and unload trailers while following established safety procedures. Perform receiving activities and verify incoming shipments. Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and warehouse activity. Perform case picking and other general warehouse duties. Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy. Respond to customer verification requests. Complete sanitation duties and maintain facility cleanliness. Assist with general facility upkeep and other operational tasks as assigned. Follow food safety, HACCP, and warehouse safety procedures when applicable. Work extended hours as needed and maintain schedule flexibility. Minimum Qualifications Recent warehouse experience within the past 2-3 years. Minimum of 1 year of stand-up forklift experience . Minimum of 1 year of loading and unloading trailers experience . Minimum of 1 year of receiving experience . Minimum of 1 year of Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience . Verifiable, recent, cross-functional warehouse experience. Ability to speak and understand English for business and workplace communication. Willingness to perform all warehouse operations tasks, including sanitation, cycle counts, case picking, customer verification requests, and facility upkeep. Flexibility to work extended hours when required. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a cold-storage or temperature-controlled environment. Knowledge of food safety practices and HACCP procedures. Cold-environment and food safety/HACCP experience are preferred but not required. Compensation and Growth Opportunities Competitive starting pay of $21.00 per hour is preferred for qualified candidates. Opportunities for skill-based pay increases at 30, 60, and 90 days . Potential to earn up to $25.00 per hour by day 90 , based on skill development and performance. Candidates with advanced skills or qualifications may be considered for a higher starting rate, with subsequent skill-based increases adjusted accordingly.
