Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a General Laborer / Production Team Member and become an essential part of our fast-paced, innovative facility! We are currently hiring for multiple positions within our operation and are open to training the right candidates. Available areas include paint and finishing, sanding, fulfillment and engraving, mill work, bat making, forklift operation, and firewood processing. This is a hands-on role in a production environment. Candidates should be comfortable working around machinery and be willing to learn different aspects of the business as needed. Responsibilities Perform tasks related to assigned department (training provided as needed) Operate or work around machinery and equipment safely Maintain quality standards with strong attention to detail Support the setup and breakdown of production stations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace Conduct quality checks on finished products to meet company standards Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure working environment Keep work areas clean and organized Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines Qualifications Strong work ethic and self-motivation Ability to communicate effectively with others Comfortable working near moving mechanical equipment Willingness to learn and develop new skill sets Pride in workmanship and overall performance Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout the shift comfortably Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Willingness to learn new skills and adapt in a fast-paced setting
Compensation:
Pay is based on experience. Opportunities for pay increases are available based on demonstrated skills, performance, and growth over time.
Pay:
$35,360.00 - $45,760.00 per year
