DELIVERY DRIVER / WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

Riemer Floors is an established flooring expert and part of the KSI Family of Brands, with a primary showroom in Bloomfield Hills and a presence inside the Northville Design Center. We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate who takes pride in doing things the right way and wants to be part of a team that values communication, accountability, and continuous improvement. The Opportunity This is a hands-on role with real impact on our day-to-day operation and our customers. You will help receive, organize, pull, stage, load, and deliver flooring products while helping maintain a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse. You will also represent Riemer Floors when interacting with customers, installers, and other partners. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable with physical work, and the type of person who notices what needs to be done and takes ownership of it, this could be a strong fit. What You'll Do Pull, prepare, stage, pack, and load customer orders accurately and safely. Deliver flooring products and complete pickups in a professional, courteous, and timely manner. Verify materials and orders before they leave the warehouse to help prevent errors and rework. Handle flooring products with care to reduce damage and protect customer material. Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse and work environment. Support receiving, material movement, warehouse organization, and other daily operational needs. Communicate clearly with teammates and management when an order, material, delivery, or customer issue needs attention. Follow established safety procedures and standard operating processes. Provide a professional customer experience at every interaction. What Success Looks Like You show up reliably and are ready to contribute. You are willing to learn, take feedback, and build additional skills. Qualifications Chauffeur's License or ability to obtain one. Ability to obtain a Medical DOT Card (company paid). Ability to successfully pass a background check, drug screening, and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check. Demonstrated ability to safely operate and maneuver a box truck in various driving conditions. Ability to safely lift, carry, and move flooring materials and other products throughout the workday. Forklift experience preferred; willingness to learn safe material-handling practices required. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented, customer-focused approach. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $18-$22 per hour.
