$18.00-$22.00 per hour, based on experience - Growth Opportunities, and consistent raises! Join Our Manufacturing Team! We are looking for a dependable General Laborer to join our manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to build experience in a manufacturing environment. No prior manufacturing experience is required for the right candidate. Responsibilities Perform a variety of general labor and production tasks throughout the manufacturing facility. Load and unload raw materials, components, and finished products. Assist machine operators with material handling and production activities. Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. Assemble, package, label, and prepare products for shipment. Operate basic hand tools and power tools as needed. Move materials throughout the facility using carts, pallet jacks, or other approved equipment. Maintain accurate production counts and complete basic production paperwork. Keep workstations and production areas clean and organized. Assist with machine changeovers, line cleanup, and general production support. Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality requirements. Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE. Report equipment problems, safety concerns, or quality issues to supervisors. Perform repetitive lifting, bending, standing, and other physical tasks as required. Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals. Qualifications Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred but not required. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus. Ability to safely lift and move materials throughout the shift. Willingness to work overtime when needed. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
