Job Description
Precision Die Cast is a small, well-established zinc die casting company looking for one or two dependable people to join our team. We're not looking for someone who just wants a job—we're looking for someone who wants to learn a trade and become an important part of a small company where everyone contributes. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, learning new skills, and taking pride in quality workmanship, we'd like to meet you. What You'll Do Every day is a little different. Depending on production needs, you may: Operate die casting and secondary production equipment Trim, inspect, sort, and package finished parts Perform basic quality inspections using measuring tools Assemble products and prepare shipments Move materials throughout the shop Help keep equipment and work areas clean and organized Assist wherever needed to keep production running smoothly What We're Looking For We can teach the job. What we can't teach is attitude. The ideal candidate is someone who: Shows up every day and is dependable Has good mechanical aptitude Takes pride in doing quality work Pays attention to detail Is neat, organized, and safety conscious Can work independently without constant supervision Follows instructions and works well with others Is willing to learn new skills and help wherever needed Wants a long-term career, not just another job Experience in manufacturing, machining, die casting, assembly, quality inspection, forklift operation, or machine operation is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
