Responsibilities Perform exterior and interior cleaning of boats and yachts using appropriate cleaning equipment and techniques, including vehicle exterior washing and buffing. Conduct interior detailing to ensure all surfaces are spotless, including vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, and cleaning windows. Utilize automotive buffers and paint correction tools to restore vessel surfaces to their best condition. Follow safe work practices consistently while handling heavy lifting tasks and operating cleaning machinery to prevent injuries. Maintain the cleanliness of the auto detailing facility and ensure all cleaning equipment is properly used and stored. Assist with additional custodial duties such as janitorial tasks or window tinting as needed to uphold vessel presentation standards. Qualifications Prior experience with vehicle or boat cleaning, auto detailing, or janitorial work is highly desirable. Knowledge of safe work practices when handling cleaning equipment and performing heavy lifting tasks. Familiarity with vehicle paint correction, automotive buffing, and exterior washing techniques. Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Experience with auto detailing facilities or car wash operations is a plus. Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and performing detailed cleaning tasks.
