Join Our Crew The Bear Factory is looking for a Seasonal Warehouse Associate to join the team at our North American Distribution Center and World Headquarters in Whitmore Lake, Michigan. Our fall and holiday season is one of the busiest and most exciting times of the year, and we're looking for someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, stay active, and help us keep things moving. This is a hands-on position working alongside our warehouse and logistics team to make sure orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to customers across North America and around the world. If you enjoy staying busy, working with a team, and seeing what you accomplished at the end of the day, you'll fit right in. What You'll Be Doing Your day may include: Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment Receiving and organizing incoming inventory Restocking and maintaining warehouse inventory Assisting with incoming and outgoing freight and deliveries Keeping warehouse and fulfillment areas clean, safe, and organized Helping verify orders for accuracy and quality Providing occasional customer service and operational support Jumping in wherever the team needs an extra set of paws This is an active warehouse position that involves being on your feet throughout the day and regularly lifting, moving, and organizing products and cartons.
