Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse/Driver to join our team. This role involves both warehouse duties and driving responsibilities, ensuring that products are efficiently loaded, unloaded, and delivered to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle heavy lifting. Duties Operate delivery vehicles such as box trucks to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload products from the warehouse. Ensure timely delivery of products while adhering to scheduled routes. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any discrepancies or issues encountered during transport. Assist in organizing and maintaining the warehouse inventory, ensuring a clean and safe working environment. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from clients. Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations and support team objectives. Skills Proficient in driving delivery vehicles, including vans and box trucks. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 150 pounds) as required for loading and unloading tasks. Experience working in a warehouse environment with knowledge of inventory management processes. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Prior experience in route driving preferred but not mandatory.
