Job Description:

Responsible for daily inventory, ordering, receiving, and issuing supplies to each department, matching purchase orders with invoices and verifying delivery schedules. Frequent communication with YGH departments to monitor their inventory needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensures accuracy of inventory records and keeps inventory levels within appropriate limits; assist in inventory control, through use of appropriate computer systems and programs.
• Assist in developing strategies to enhance distribution, minimize cost of supplies utilization, and reduce inventory investment while ensuring the availability of supplies and equipment and the avoidance of shortages.
• Acts as an advisor and resource to all departments with regard to supply and equipment needs.
• Performs other duties as directed by the Purchasing Manager and Administration.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.

Education and Experience Requirements:
