Job Overview Part-Time Warehouse & Delivery Team Member Schedule:

Full days Monday through Wednesday Blackberry Creek Mattress is looking for a dependable, hard-working Part-Time Warehouse & Delivery Team Member to join our team. This is a hands-on position primarily focused on keeping our warehouses organized, clean, accurate, and operating efficiently. The team member will also fill in on the delivery truck when additional help is needed. The right person will be reliable, self-motivated, physically capable, and willing to take ownership of daily warehouse responsibilities. Because this position may include entering customers' homes and assisting with deliveries, professionalism, respect, and attention to detail are essential. About the Job The primary responsibilities of this position include: Organizing mattresses, foundations, adjustable bases, bedding accessories, and other merchandise in our warehouses Keeping warehouse areas clean, orderly, and safe Receiving and unloading incoming merchandise Checking incoming products for accuracy and visible damage Moving products between warehouse locations as needed Preparing and staging merchandise for upcoming deliveries Helping maintain accurate inventory Loading mattresses and accessories into customers' vehicles Assisting with general warehouse projects and daily tasks Filling in on the delivery truck when needed Delivering and setting up mattresses, box springs, and adjustable bases in customers' homes Carefully handling customers' homes and merchandise Working with other team members to complete warehouse and delivery responsibilities safely and efficiently This is a physically active position that requires frequent lifting, bending, carrying, loading, and unloading. Work Schedule This is a part-time position working 9am-5pm Monday through Wednesday . Daily start and ending times may vary depending on deliveries, incoming shipments, warehouse needs, and workload. Applicants must be available for the full scheduled workday on all three days. You may also be asked to fill in occasionally on other days when a team member has time off or can't come into work. Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Clean driving record Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to work Dependable and punctual Positive attitude and strong work ethic Self-motivated and able to stay productive without constant supervision Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to details Ability to work well as part of a team Respectful and customer-focused attitude Ability to lift at least 150 pounds with assistance Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment Comfortable working in warehouse conditions and entering customers' homes when assisting with deliveries Preferred, but Not Required Previous warehouse experience Previous delivery or moving experience Experience driving a large box truck Experience handling mattresses, furniture, or other large merchandise Inventory or receiving experience Training will be provided to help the right person succeed. This person must be comfortable completing warehouse responsibilities independently while also being willing to assist the delivery team when needed.
