Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our logistics and distribution operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth inventory flow, accurate order fulfillment, and efficient warehouse functions. Duties Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other equipment to ensure safe handling of goods. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed, utilizing order picking systems and inventory management software. Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and warehouse management systems, ensuring stock levels are up-to-date. Organize stock in designated storage areas, perform stocking duties, and ensure proper packaging for shipping compliance. Assist with shipping logistics by coordinating outbound shipments, verifying shipping & receiving documentation, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations when applicable. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely while adhering to safety protocols. Support warehouse distribution activities by participating in cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock replenishment efforts. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations, improve order fulfillment processes, and enhance overall efficiency. Skills Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management software to track stock movements accurately. Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment procedures, and trade compliance standards. Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for inventory counts and order processing. Experience operating warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and order pickers safely. Excellent data entry skills combined with familiarity with Microsoft Office tools for reporting and documentation purposes. Demonstrated customer service skills to support internal teams and external clients effectively. Pay:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
