Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a General Laborer and become a vital part of our manufacturing operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for supporting production processes, ensuring safety standards are upheld, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Your hands-on approach will help keep our operations running smoothly while adhering to strict safety and quality protocols. Responsibilities Assist with various manufacturing tasks, including material handling, assembly, and packaging Operate basic machinery and tools with attention to safety standards in production environments Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required to support production flow Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas to ensure a safe workspace Support quality control by inspecting products for defects or inconsistencies Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals efficiently and safely Skills Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with basic machinery is preferred but not required Experience in manufacturing environments is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of production processes Strong commitment to safety standards in production settings, including PPE use and hazard awareness Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively throughout the shift Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) to ensure quality and hygiene standards are maintained Excellent teamwork skills with clear communication abilities Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Join us today and be part of a team that values hard work, safety, and continuous improvement!
