Job Title:

Warehouse Associate / Material Handler (Forklift Experience)

Pay:

Starting $15.00/hour, increased with experience and potential increase upon hire.

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday, 4-day work week with 3-day weekends

Sawmills, Granite Falls, and Lenoir positions available. About the Job We're hiring dependable warehouse associates for 1st and 2nd shift openings with a 4-day work week. This is a hands-on, physical job. Most of your day is spent using hand trucks to move product to shipping, load trucks, and load machines. If you have a steady work history and like to stay moving, we want to talk to you. Available Shifts 1st shift: Monday to Thursday, 6:00am to 4:00pm 2nd shift: Monday to Thursday, 4:00pm to 2:30am All new hires train on 1st shift (Monday to Thursday, 6:00am to 4:30pm) for the first 2 weeks before moving to their assigned shift. Shift placement is based on availability and fit at the time you apply. What You'll Do Move product to the shipping area using hand trucks Load and unload trucks Load machines to keep production moving Operate a forklift as needed Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Follow all safety rules and company procedures What We're Looking For Forklift experience (required for some openings, strongly preferred for all) A steady work history that shows longevity with past employers Ability to handle heavy lifting throughout the shift Prior warehouse or shipping experience is a plus Reliable attendance and a willingness to train on 1st shift Hiring Process Submit a current resume or work history Interview with the hiring team Apply today with your updated resume to be considered! #IND1
