Sea View Farm Join Our Team for the 2026 Potato Harvest! Sea View Farm, a potato farm located in Linton and Tappen, ND, is looking for Warehouse Workers, Equipment Operators and Truck Drivers to assist with the 2026 potato harvest. Harvest begins in late August 2026 and typically lasts 4-6 weeks . This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in an agricultural environment and are looking to earn competitive pay during a busy harvest season. Sea View Farm is also seeking a permanent Farm Technician to join our Farming Operations team. This hands-on permanent role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating heavy machinery, and contributing to a dynamic agricultural environment. Wages Warehouse workers starting at $20.00 per hour Field Truck Drivers starting at $24.00 per hour Harvest Season Perks & Rewards Lunch provided during harvest season shifts End-of-season bonus based on attendance, performance, and safety Boot allowance Employer-paid Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Opportunity to earn significant hours during the harvest season Qualifications Valid driver's license required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Available to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Mechanical aptitude and previous farm experience are considered assets. Ability to work 12-14-hour days during peak harvest periods. Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States. About the Role Duties may include, but are not limited to: Grading and sorting potatoes during harvest operations Installing culverts Operating trucks and transporting harvested potatoes Assisting with general farm labour and harvest activities Supporting safe and efficient field and storage operations What You'll Do as a Farm Technician Operate planting, harvesting, and storage equipment according to seasonal requirements. Perform daily lubrication, routine maintenance, and seasonal servicing of farm machinery and trucks. Conduct pre-season and in-season repairs to keep operations running smoothly. Prepare and clean equipment and facilities before and after use, including warehouse setup for storage season. Assist with additional operational projects as needed.

What We're Looking For Farm Technician Education:

High School Diploma (required)

Experience:

Class D driver's license Farming experience (preferred) Heavy equipment operation experience (preferred) Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Excellent work ethic and ability to be a reliable team player. Adaptability to work in varying weather conditions and changing priorities.
