Lee, NH Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for receiving, inspecting, organizing, and processing inventory while ensuring accuracy and quality standards are maintained. Key Responsibilities Receive, sort, scan, inspect, and pick inventory Conduct quality checks and verify product condition Process inbound shipments and confirm accuracy of received goods Audit shipments and reconcile inventory discrepancies Organize inventory by part number, model, and condition Stock and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience is helpful but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience with product returns, reverse logistics, or inventory management is a plus Forklift certification is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly High school diploma or equivalent Strong reliability, teamwork, and safety awareness Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements Preferred Traits Strong organizational skills Detail-focused and accurate Self-motivated with a positive attitude Ability to work independently and collaboratively Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards Compensation & Benefits Full-time position Starting pay from $18.50 per hour 401(k) and company match Medical, dental, and other health benefits Paid time off and paid sick leave Tuition reimbursement Work Environment On-site position Fast-paced warehouse setting Opportunities for training and professional growth

Pay Details:
