Hiring Immediately Warehouse Worker (Shipping & Receiving) We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker with at least 3 years of shipping and receiving experience to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately processing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory, and supporting daily warehouse operations. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship customer orders Create shipping labels and verify shipment accuracy Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials Load, move, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse Select appropriate shipping methods for deliveries Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization Ensure orders are completed accurately and on time Requirements Minimum 3 years of shipping and receiving experience Experience with order fulfillment, picking, packing, and shipping Inventory management and material handling experience Experience creating shipping labels and shipping documentation Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment High school diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications Experience with UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, or similar shipping software Experience using RF scanners or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Knowledge of inventory control, cycle counts, and receiving procedures Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boonton, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
