Warehouse & Inventory Responsibilities Daily Inventory Counts:

Must count inventory daily in an efficient and accurate manner. Intaking cannabis deliveries efficiently and compliantly. Processing cannabis deliveries thoroughly, ensuring compliance in the POS system and METRC. Ensuring easily accessible and efficient inventory storage and management. Picking and packing cannabis orders as they come in within a fast-paced environment. Ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures to set the day up for success. Maintaining accurate inventory records and immediately communicating any discrepancies to Management. Strong knowledge of cannabis compliance with all inventory controls and protocols. Maintaining a clean, organized, and secure warehouse and inventory area. Assisting Management with inventory audits, organization, and other operational needs. Continued education by participating in regular training sessions on compliance and inventory procedures. Delivery Driver Responsibilities Safely and securely transport cannabis orders from Indigo Dispensary to approved delivery locations. Verify delivery orders and required documentation prior to departing the dispensary. Follow all applicable New Jersey cannabis delivery laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate delivery records and complete all required delivery documentation and

POS/METRC

procedures. Verify customer information and required identification in accordance with company policy and applicable regulations before completing a delivery. Provide professional, courteous, and exceptional customer service during every delivery. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer information, delivery addresses, orders, and other sensitive business information. Safely operate the company vehicle while following all traffic laws and company safety policies. Conduct basic vehicle safety checks before and during delivery shifts and promptly report any vehicle issues to Management. Secure cannabis products and company property during transportation in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations. Maintain a professional appearance and represent Indigo Dispensary positively while making deliveries. Communicate promptly with Management regarding delivery delays, customer concerns, vehicle issues, accidents, or other unexpected situations. Ensure all completed, cancelled, or unsuccessful deliveries are properly documented and reported. Assist with warehouse, inventory, order fulfillment, and other dispensary operational duties when not actively completing deliveries. Follow all security protocols and procedures related to cannabis transportation and delivery. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience is strongly preferred. Previous experience working in cannabis is preferred. Familiarity with New Jersey cannabis regulations and compliance requirements. Experience with inventory management, order fulfillment, POS systems, or METRC is preferred. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently while also working effectively as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets Indigo Dispensary's insurance and company requirements. Reliable transportation to and from the workplace. Demonstrated ability to operate a vehicle safely and responsibly. Ability to safely transport cannabis products and follow all required security and delivery procedures. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a flexible schedule based on operational and delivery needs. Must be comfortable using basic computer systems, mobile devices, GPS/navigation applications, and POS systems. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when handling customer and company information. Ability to pass any required background checks or other requirements applicable to the position and New Jersey cannabis regulations. Must be at least 21 years of age and meet all applicable requirements for working in New Jersey's regulated cannabis industry.
