As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable, motivated Warehouse Specialist & Delivery Driver to join our team in Freehold, NJ. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking to hire right away.

Hours & Schedule:

Full-Time 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Monday through Friday)

The Role:

This is a dynamic, hybrid role perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of independent driving and collaborative warehouse work. You will split your time between preparing orders in our Freehold warehouse and delivering automotive paint products safely to our local customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations:

Receive, unload, and organize incoming paint inventory and supplies. Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery.

Safe Deliveries:

Load the delivery vehicle securely and transport orders to local clients in a timely, safe manner.

Customer Service:

Act as the face of our company during deliveries, providing friendly and professional service to our long-standing accounts.

Inventory & Maintenance:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Help conduct regular inventory counts.

What We Are Looking For:

A valid, standard driver's license with a clean driving record (no CDL required, but driving abstract must be provided).

Pre-employment screening:

Must be able to pass a required physical exam and drug test. Experience in warehouse operations, local deliveries, or a similar role is preferred but not required—we will train the right person! Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving heavy paint buckets and cases (up to 50-70 lbs regularly). Strong reliability, punctuality, and a positive, team-first attitude. Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
