Our client, a logistics and records management organization is seeking a Record Center Specialist to join their team. As a Record Center Specialist, you will be part of the operations team supporting day-to-day record processing and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, comfort with hands-on physical work, and the ability to follow procedures accurately—which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM What's the Job? Process orders and move boxes containing files, books, binders, backup tapes, and other materials. Lift, carry, and arrange storage boxes, bins, and totes while standing, stooping, crawling, kneeling, and twisting. Load and safely operate hand trucks and pallet jacks while walking on uneven and concrete surfaces. Use a proprietary computer system to track orders and determine the location of boxes; scan items using a handheld scanner. Load, shrink wrap, and stage pallets at ground level or on carts, then load boxes onto pallets and pallets onto trucks. What's Needed? Ability to lift and carry boxes ranging from 10-100 lbs on a regular basis without assistance. Comfort working on your feet for extended periods and performing frequent kneeling, squatting, bending, and reaching. Ability to read and write English to understand labels, instructions, and order details. Experience or confidence operating material handling equipment such as hand carts and pallet jacks. Ability to climb and balance on ladders and safely work around changes in walking surface and elevation. What's in it for me?
