Job Description

Overview Schedule:
1st shift 4:00 AM to 2:30 PM Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through various warehouse functions, from receiving shipments to preparing orders for delivery. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us meet customer expectations and keep operations running efficiently. Duties Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments using equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to ensure accuracy and safety. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision using RF scanners and order pickers, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track inventory levels, update records, and manage stock movements efficiently. Load outbound shipments onto trucks, verifying shipment details through shipping & receiving procedures to guarantee proper delivery. Utilize basic math skills for inventory counts, order calculations, and data entry tasks related to MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems. Assist with packaging products securely for shipment while adhering to quality standards and safety protocols. Skills Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes. Certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and MRPs is highly desirable. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400, and order picker equipment. Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures along with order fulfillment processes. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory management and order processing. Experience with picking & packing orders efficiently using RF scanners or manual methods. Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to maintain accurate stock levels and documentation. Embark on your warehouse career today!
