In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, managing shipping and receiving processes, and maintaining accurate stock levels. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while supporting efficient warehouse operations. Duties Operate warehouse management systems and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software to track inventory, process orders, and update stock records accurately Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and forklifts as needed Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and trade compliance standards Manage shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring timely delivery Conduct inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counts to maintain optimal stock levels Use Microsoft Office tools for data entry, reporting, and documentation of warehouse activities Assist with packaging products securely for shipment and ensure proper labeling for international trade regulations when applicable Skills Proven experience with warehouse operations including order fulfillment, stocking, and inventory management software Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and ERP systems for data entry and tracking Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Strong basic math skills for counting, measurements, and verifying shipments Excellent customer service skills to support internal teams and external carriers effectively Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with international trade regulations when necessary Familiarity with logistics processes such as order picking & packing, load & unload procedures, and trade compliance standards Ability to work the cash register This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in warehousing while contributing to a high-energy team committed to excellence.
