Job Description
This position is based on-site in Parsippany, NJ. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
MAIN FUNCTION
Fill orders accurately using picking documents and/or RF scanners; move products, supplies, and other materials according to established policies and procedures. Operate hi-lo equipment and or pallet jack to effectively and
safely move products and materials. Label products with Shipping ASN Labels.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school
diploma or GED; at least 6 months of experience that is directly related to the
duties and responsibilities specified Knowledge of warehousing methodology Ability to
multitask and work as part of a team Proficient
with barcode scanning equipment Forklift certification
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Store and retrieve product from pallet racks and other storage devices according to
procedures established by PNY. Accurate and
timely fulfillment of work orders and sales orders. Perform
inventory cycle counts and material transfers, as needed. Compliance
with PNY s procedures and guidelines in order to minimize inventory
discrepancies. Safely
operate forklifts and pallet jack equipment. Maintain a clean work area on an ongoing basis. Stretch-wrap
shipping products or stock materials onto racking. Load or
unload trucks and trailers
