The Night Warehouse Clerk / Truckbuilder plays a key role in nightly warehouse operations, verifying orders and loads for accuracy, building outbound truck batches using the BFC system, and supporting special order and VIP shipment requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Use the BFC system to build outbound truck batches, factoring in cubic capacity, stop sequence, and product weight. Print batches of labels and breakdown/hand out to selectors Hand out selector scanning devices to associates at the start of the shift and log issuance in the device tracker. Ensure all scanning devices are returned, accounted for in the tracker, and placed on chargers at the end of each shift. Set up VIP and special customer requests, and respond to emails confirming that special instructions have been accounted for. Print load sheets and distribute to loaders Assign short running assignments Update all information in loading report template Run catch weight variation report throughout the night and verify accurate weights are recorded for invoicing Fill out the checker audit spreadsheet to track work for the night. Research product that could not be found via short chaser (warehouse out). Print invoices and pair with driver manifests and pass off to transportation dispatch as the paperwork is complete. Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Basic Qualifications High school diploma, General Education Development (GED), or equivalent. Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. Preferred Qualifications One year of prior warehouse experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and squat throughout an eight-hour shift (plus overtime). Occasionally tear down a pallet, including lifting cases and objects from and to heights ranging from floor to knee, waist, shoulder, and overhead, in weights ranging from 10 to 75 pounds. Hand-to-finger dexterity to peel and apply labels, handle or feel objects and equipment controls, or reach with hands and arms.
