Job Details Position:

General Laborer Location:

Hilton, NY Responsibilities Work alongside a crew to complete projects safely, efficiently, and professionally from start to finish Perform a variety of physical, hands-on tasks based on daily project and operational needs Assist with inground pool liner replacements, construction, renovations, and repairs, including site preparation, liner removal and installation, surface preparation, and job-site cleanup Assist with basic plumbing, equipment installation, and other pool-related field work Help with the setup, installation, and finishing of pools and other outdoor living products Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced, outdoor environment Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with customers on-site Requirements Positive attitude and strong dependability Ability to lift, carry, and move 50 to 100 pounds repeatedly Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions, including heat Clean driving record required Willingness to kneel, bend, and perform physically demanding labor Good communication skills and a strong work ethic No prior experience required, we provide full training

Winter Months:
