Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a Local Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating various vehicles and equipment, ensuring timely and safe transportation of goods.Duties:
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods locally
- Load and unload cargo as needed
- Follow specific routes and time schedules
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate driving logs
- Communicate with dispatch as needed
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in route driving preferred
- Knowledge of automotive repair is beneficial
