We specialize in the secure destruction of confidential business information. This is a hands-on position primarily responsible for operating industrial shredding equipment, handling shredded materials, and moving finished paper bales throughout our facility. We're looking for someone who is safety-conscious, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor industrial paper shredding equipment. Load materials into shredding equipment and maintain a steady workflow. Operate baling equipment and move finished, tied paper bales to designated storage areas. Use forklifts and other material-handling equipment to safely move materials throughout the facility. Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow all company safety procedures and

security requirements. Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed. Qualifications Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or equipment operation experience preferred. Forklift experience preferred. Ability to perform physical labor, including standing for extended periods and lifting materials. Comfortable working around heavy machinery in an industrial environment. Strong attention to workplace safety and established procedures. Dependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and follow company security and confidentiality procedures. Ability to meet applicable employment screening requirements associated with our security certification. •The shift we are looking for is 10:30am-7pm. The first 30 days of the job will start at 8:30am-5:00pm for training purposes, but will shift to the 10:30am-7pm shift following training. Overtime and productivity based bonuses are available.
