This role is integral to the fluidity of the operation. Daily upkeep of on the ground/incoming inventory and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service to our customers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Unload and load trucks daily Maintain warehouse cleanliness & adhere to safety procedures which include clearing walkways (i.e. moving skids off the floor), keeping entrance to exits/entrances clear (including the loading dock), etc. Report hazardous conditions immediately to Operations Manager Responsible for processing outbound UPS deliveries. This includes being able to appropriately pack material safely to minimize damage Pick and pull any requested transfers, display items and customer samples as requested by other members of the operations and sales teams Assist Warehouse Supervisor in preparing daily cycle counts which include location audits, maintenance, etc. Process RGA's and assist the Warehouse Supervisor in maintaining the RGA shelves Communicate and coordinate with other departments (i.e. Accounting, Purchasing, Customer Service, etc.) to answer any stock checks, questions or assist in trouble shooting issues

Qualifications:

Rapid growth mindset with a customer service mindset Hard worker, great attitude, able to follow directions, team player, organized, punctual Ability to lift up to 100lbs E-mail experience is necessary.

ERP & RF

software experience preferred Experience in inventory maintenance preferred Experience with heavy machinery preferred, but not required Lumber experience is a plus, but not required Be comfortable with working outdoors in the various elements
