Onsite Pay:

$23.00 to $25.00 per hour The Harris Battery Company, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate / Route Driver for our Bolivar, Ohio location. This is a full-time, onsite position that combines warehouse operations with local "Blitz Route" deliveries to our customers. This role is warehouse-first — the majority of your time will be spent supporting warehouse operations, with route driving as needed to keep customer deliveries moving. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking team member who is comfortable in a physical, fast-paced warehouse environment and is also willing to get behind the wheel for local customer deliveries when the route calls for it. Responsibilities Perform warehouse duties including receiving, stocking, order pulling, and shipping of battery products Operate a forklift and electric pallet jack to move and stage product Load and unload batteries safely, following proper lifting and handling procedures Drive "Blitz Route" local deliveries to commercial and industrial customers as assigned Operate company vehicles for deliveries, which may include a pickup truck, cargo van, or box truck depending on route needs Pick up battery returns as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse work area Follow all DOT and company safety procedures while driving Start and end each route in Bolivar, OH Provide friendly, professional service to customers at delivery stops What We're Looking For Warehouse or physical labor experience preferred Class B CDL preferred, but not required — candidates without CDL will drive standard vehicles (pickup truck, van, or similar) for Blitz Route deliveries Forklift experience preferred Electric pallet jack experience preferred Must be comfortable lifting 50+ lbs on a regular basis Must be comfortable standing for long periods at a time Must be comfortable working in standard warehouse facility conditions Valid driver's license required Must pass a clean background check Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused Good communication and customer service skills Pay and Benefits $23.00 to $25.00 per hour Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) with company match Company-paid life insurance Why Join the Harris Battery Company, Inc.
