We currently have immediate openings for both 2nd Shift Machine Operators and 1st Shift Warehouse Associates. Shift Machine Operator Shift:

2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Training may occur on 1st Shift)

Pay:

$17.00-$20.00/hour As a Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for operating production equipment that manufactures high-quality candles and related products while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards.

Responsibilities include:

Operate multiple production machines using pouring, extruding, pressing, and dipping processes Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain product quality Record production data accurately in the production tracking system Perform machine setup, inspections, troubleshooting, and product changeovers Reduce downtime and material waste through efficient operation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work closely with production supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals 1st

Shift Warehouse Associate Shift:

Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00

PM Pay:

$18.00-$20.00/hour The Warehouse Associate is responsible for coordinating transportation, managing shipping operations, and ensuring on-time delivery of customer orders while maintaining compliance and controlling transportation costs.

Responsibilities include:

Plan and coordinate daily freight and transportation activities Schedule carriers and manage shipment routing Monitor shipments and communicate delivery updates Ensure compliance with transportation regulations Analyze freight costs and identify opportunities for improvement Work closely with production, purchasing, sales, warehouse, and customer service teams Develop and maintain strong carrier and logistics provider relationships Why Join Alliance Industrial?
