Duties Prepare surfaces through construction painting surface preparation techniques, ensuring proper adhesion of powder coatings Operate powder coating equipment to apply coatings evenly and efficiently Use conventional spraying methods to achieve high-quality finishes on diverse metal parts Interpret production documents such as work orders and process instructions to ensure accurate coating application Handle materials safely using forklifts and other power tools, adhering strictly to safety protocols and PPE requirements Conduct visual color comparisons and quality inspections to verify coating consistency and finish standards Support assembly, machining, or finishing tasks as needed to meet production deadlines Skills On the job training will be provided. Pay:

$19.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
