Job Description

Immediate Openings for High Reach Operator in the Union, Ohio area. 11th Hour Staffing Inc. is a family-owned-and-operated business that is passionate about recruiting, customer service, and our community. We are positioned to be your one-stop staffing resource for all your hiring & employment needs from entry-level to executive, spanning across all industries. Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused High Reach Operator to join our client's warehouse team. This is a hands-on warehouse position responsible for picking, locating, staging, and moving materials throughout the facility. The successful candidate will operate high-reach and sit-down forklifts, use RF scanners to accurately track inventory, and assist with shipping, receiving, and general material-handling activities. This position requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, paying close attention to inventory accuracy, and safely operating equipment around racking systems. Key Responsibilities Operate high-reach and sit-down forklifts to safely move, locate, pick, stage, load, unload, and replenish materials. Pick and locate materials according to work orders, pick lists, and production requirements. Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately track inventory and material movement. Verify part numbers, quantities, and lot numbers for accuracy. Stack, wrap, secure, and organize materials properly. Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including inspecting incoming materials for damage or discrepancies. Complete shipping, receiving, inventory, and other warehouse documentation accurately. Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits. Safely move materials throughout the warehouse, including working in elevated racking systems. Perform daily forklift and equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns. Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and proper forklift operating practices. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Perform other warehouse and material-handling duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required:
Previous high-reach forklift operating experience.
Required:
Previous sit-down forklift experience.
Required:
Ability to safely operate forklifts in a warehouse/racking environment. Forklift certification preferred. Previous warehouse, picking, shipping/receiving, or material-handling experience. Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems preferred. Ability to accurately read and verify part numbers, quantities, and other inventory information. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Ability to work safely at elevated heights and around warehouse racking. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Reliable attendance and strong commitment to workplace safety. High school diploma/GED preferred.

2nd Shift 2:30PM-11
PM Pay:
