Roby's Furniture & Appliance in Florence is seeking a dedicated Warehouse and Delivery Associate to join our team. As a vital member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our warehouse and timely delivery of furniture and appliances to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Efficiently and accurately receive, unload, and store incoming merchandise in the warehouse. Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring products are easily accessible for delivery. Prepare items for delivery, including assembling furniture and appliances as necessary. Load delivery vehicles in a safe and secure manner, ensuring products are protected during transit. Drive delivery trucks to designated locations, following predetermined routes and schedules. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, including handling any inquiries or concerns professionally. Complete delivery paperwork and collect payments as required. Perform routine maintenance checks on delivery vehicles and report any issues to management. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries in the warehouse and during deliveries. Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, including cleaning and organizing work areas.
