You will pull packages off the line and build pallets for shipment, keeping pace with conveyor-driven, high-volume flow. This role offers structured 10-hour shifts, opportunities for growth, and a real path to permanent employment — most associates who succeed here convert to permanent staff. You will receive hands-on training and Day 1 orientation to get you up to speed safely and effectively. Responsibilities Sort and Pull Packages

• Remove packages from the sortation line accurately and at pace, keeping the line moving without slowdowns. Build Pallets
• Stack and build pallets correctly for outbound shipment, following load standards. Quality Control
• Check products before they move downstream and flag any damaged or defective items to your supervisor. Team Collaboration

Requirements Must be available for your assigned shift's weekend requirement (1st shift: Sundays; 2nd shift: Saturdays and Sundays) and holidays — this is a retail account and weekend/holiday coverage is required. Able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a 10-hour shift. Must wear steel-toe or composite-toe safety boots (sneakers not permitted). Experience in warehouse, conveyor, or sortation environments (e.g., Amazon, FedEx) preferred but not required. Ability to pass a 5-panel drug test (THC not tested) and a 7-year federal/county background check. Basic English comprehension required; fluency not mandatory. Willingness to follow supervisor direction and safety guidelines in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
