Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Parts Warehouse worker - Gas Engine Kitting Parts Specialist. Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful parts professionals.

Position Summary:

Maintain a clean and safe work environment Operate equipment safely and efficiently Load/unload parts or components onto racks/shelving Perform tasks associated with sorting, picking, and packing material for production use Efficiently and accurately kit parts orders per work order, standard instruction, or customer request Accurately complete all paperwork and required documentation Organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task Collaborates with team members in the creation, implementation, and training of standard work procedures Follows and utilizes CPS principles of 5S, Continuous Improvement, Waste Elimination, and Standard Work Ensure warehouse areas are clean and set in an orderly condition Good communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration skills

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent 3 or more years of customer service support experience in a mechanical/parts environment Excellent computer skills Why Join the
