You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors, and dock equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and respond quickly to breakdowns to keep operations running smoothly. The role includes completing work orders, following safety and lockout/tagout procedures, and collaborating with warehouse teams. Responsibilities Inspect, maintain, and repair forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors, and dock equipment Perform routine and preventive maintenance per schedules and work orders Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime Follow all safety, lockout/tagout, and OSHA guidelines Use CMMS to document work, parts used, and equipment history Collaborate with warehouse operations to prioritize repairs and maintenance Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment Maintain tools, parts inventory, and a clean, safe work area Required Skills Equipment maintenance Mechanical troubleshooting Electrical troubleshooting Conveyor systems Forklifts and pallet jacks Preventive maintenance HVAC or refrigeration basics Reading technical manuals and schematics CMMS/work order systems Safety and lockout/tagout procedures
