This unit focuses on delivering high-quality, reliable stove solutions, including wood, pellet, and gas models. Job Responsibilities Our Material Handlers are responsible for preparing and shipping Hearth & Home Technologies' industry-leading fireplaces, stoves and hearth products. They use a variety of industrial material handling equipment, including forklifts, scanners, and shrink wrap machines, to safely and accurately label and move product for shipment to our customers. Hearth & Home Technologies believes in the power of Lean Manufacturing. Our distribution environments emphasize flow-where slow is smooth, and smooth becomes fast. Our Material Handlers work within a team-driven environment to move quality products safely and improve our efficiencies. Skills and Abilities Proficient in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, fractions, decimals), reading and writing.
1 year of work experience
Forklift driving experience preferred
Current forklift or tugger certification or ability to obtain such is required
Bronze level BPI certification Education & Experience High school diploma or GED and 0-3 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Benefits Starting Day 1 3 Weeks Paid Time Off
