Join our team as a 2nd shift Operator/Material Handler and play a hands-on role in our manufacturing process. You will safely move equipment and materials, keep track of inventory, and work with supervisors to complete the job successfully.Responsibilities:
Inspect safety equipment daily and report any broken parts before using the tools. Operate forklifts, electric hoists, and other machinery to safely load, unload, and move materials. Read work orders and shipping documents to figure out where items need to go across the plant. Pack and strap items securely into vehicles and containers to keep them safe during travel. Tag and label all incoming and outgoing boxes, pallets, and storage cases. Check material samples against quality rules to make sure our standards are met. Talk with department managers to plan the best daily schedules for moving materials.Education:
