Success:
Role Summary We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to support our Returns Department. This individual will be trained to operate equipment, such as a standup forklift and pallet jack, as needed. You will be responsible for performing various activities within the warehouse as directed, while meeting industry standards and the company's Key Performance Indicators (KPI) goals. You are a dynamic and hardworking individual capable of working effectively with others. You will benefit from stable employment and will receive training that enables you to develop skills to work in various departments in the warehouse. You are a team player who welcomes new challenges and opportunities. Your interest levels in learning are high, resulting in lower training curves. You lead by example, and you communicate effectively. You strive to meet or exceed your daily/weekly goals.
Ingredients:
Key Responsibilities Responsible for the accurate inspection and receipt of all returned product from customers, consumers, and the warehouse due to warranty and/or damage issues. Ensures all paperwork and dates are properly recorded and processed in the correct database and on proper forms. Review warehouse operations daily to ensure the warehouse is neat and well organized and that damage to product, equipment, and the facility is prevented. Ensure that all safety procedures and policies are followed.

What We're Looking For 6+ months of prior experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment Must possess the ability to follow directions with emphasis on safety Must have responsible work habits
Hours:
6:30am•3:00pm, Monday-Friday Potential for overtime as needed Prior demonstrated experience utilizing RF scanning equipment (preferred) Prior previous experience operating a forklift or other material handling equipment (preferred) Why Join Our Table?
