We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join a growing team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced, hands-on work and are comfortable being on their feet throughout the shift. Warehouse Associates will be responsible for checking packages, scanning products, moving materials, and ensuring products are accurately processed and handled throughout the warehouse. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, reliable, comfortable using an RF scanner, and able to work efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Job Duties:
Check incoming and outgoing packages for accuracy, condition, and damage Scan products and packages using an RF scanner or handheld scanning device Pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse Verify product information, quantities, labels, serial numbers, and storage locations Maintain accurate inventory and material movement records in accordance with warehouse procedures Organize products, materials, and stock in designated storage locations Keep work areas, aisles, and storage locations clean, organized, and free of hazards Follow established warehouse procedures, safety policies, and quality control standards Work efficiently to meet daily productivity, output, and accuracy goals Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory status and workflow Support cross-functional warehouse operations and complete general labor tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, fulfillment, or production environment preferred Prior experience using an RF scanner, barcode scanner, or handheld inventory device preferred Demonstrated ability to accurately count, scan, identify, and verify products Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions Excellent attendance record, strong work ethic, and reliable punctuality Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physical warehouse environment Must be comfortable standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting for extended periods Physical ability to lift, carry, and move packages/materials throughout the entire workday Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to work independently Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
