Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented person for a Material Handler position in the Shipping Department of one of our premier clients in Mountain City, TN. This position plays a crucial role in the efficient movement of materials within our client facility, ensuring that all processes related to order picking, shipping, and inventory management are executed smoothly. Ideal candidates would have some forklift experience (not necessarily be certified as we will ensure certification on the job), but we primarily need candidates that are able to stand for extended periods of time, lift or push up to 50 lbs, and able to use simple material handling equipment such as hoists, pallet jacks, etc. 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM; Monday - Friday) Occasional OT on

$19.00 / Hour Temp-to-hire Opportunity Responsibilities Operate material handling equipment such as hoists and pallet jacks to move product in manufacturing facility Perform materials handling duties to ensure efficient workflow throughout the facility Maintain compliance with OSHA safety standards while operating equipment and handling materials. Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure safe operation and report any issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse processes and improve overall efficiency. Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred. Familiarity with order picking, shipping/receiving processes, and materials handling techniques. Proficient in operating various types of material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, hoist, forklifts, etc. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting

Physical Capabilities:
