Job Description

SUMMARY:
Receives, transports, and delivers all materials necessary in the manufacture of various products.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Unpacks and examines incoming shipments for quality and accuracy Receives incoming parts into ERP system and places in associated inventory location Fulfills pick tickets assigned by Production Team Stages picked parts in neat and organized manner Delivers staged parts to relevant manufacturing leads Safely transports items between various inventory locations Prepares outbound shipments including packing lists for 3rd Party carriers Maintains a clean and organized work environment Safe operation of pallet jacks, hand tools, drills, and forklifts Occasional interaction with purchasing team to rectify problems with incoming shipments Performs cycle counts as required Identifies and proposes areas of improvement within the warehouse Maintains inventory accuracy as part of the warehouse team. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
No prior experience or training required. High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions and use simple math Forklift certification preferred Computer skills required: Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Office
