$20.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience Job Summary Fine Semitech USA Corp. is looking for a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, equipment handling, wooden crating, inventory management, and equipment repair support at our Hutto facility. This is not a warehouse-only role. We are looking for someone who is flexible, takes ownership of their work, and is willing to assist wherever needed to support the team. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, load, and unload equipment, parts, tools, and materials Track inbound and outbound equipment and materials Verify Serial Numbers, Part Numbers, quantities, and condition Review Packing Slips, Purchase Orders, Shipping Labels, and related documents Maintain accurate inventory and material movement records Perform basic computer work and data entry Operate a forklift to safely move and position equipment and materials Build and assemble wooden crates and pallets for equipment shipments Use drills, impact drivers, saws, measuring tools, and other basic tools Prepare, pack, secure, and stage equipment for shipment Assist Technicians and Engineers with basic equipment maintenance and repair activities Assist with equipment disassembly, assembly, cleaning, and positioning as directed Prepare and update Repair Reports using information provided or verified by Technicians or Engineers Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and work area Report damaged, missing, incorrect, or mismatched materials promptly Qualifications Forklift operating experience required Experience building wooden crates, pallets, or similar packaging Experience using basic hand and power tools Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, manufacturing, or material-handling experience Basic mechanical aptitude Basic computer and data-entry skills Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift or move approximately 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation Preferred Qualifications Semiconductor equipment or manufacturing experience Equipment packaging and wooden crating experience Shipping & Receiving experience Equipment repair or maintenance support experience Inventory or spare-parts management experience Experience preparing Repair Reports, Work Orders, or similar documentation Valid driver's license What We Are Looking For We value candidates who are: Hands-on and willing to help wherever needed Dependable, honest, and responsible Safety-conscious and detail-oriented Comfortable taking ownership of assigned tasks Proactive in communicating problems or discrepancies Willing to learn new skills and processes Able to work cooperatively with Technicians, Engineers, and other team members This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of warehouse work, equipment handling, wooden crating, mechanical support, and documentation and does not mind taking on different responsibilities based on the team's operational needs.
