Job Overview We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as General Laborers. In this dynamic role, you will be an essential part of our manufacturing and production processes, supporting daily operations with energy and precision. Your proactive approach will help ensure that safety standards are maintained, equipment is operated correctly, and production goals are achieved efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to high-quality output. Duties Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, ensuring smooth workflow Perform heavy lifting tasks safely to move materials, components, or finished products as needed Follow strict safety standards in production areas, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Support assembly lines by organizing materials and ensuring supplies are readily available for continuous operation Conduct routine inspections of machinery and workspaces to identify potential safety hazards or operational issues Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets while adhering to safety protocols Skills Mechanical knowledge to understand basic machinery functions and troubleshooting techniques Experience or familiarity with manufacturing environments and processes Strong understanding of safety standards in production settings, including PPE use and hazard awareness Knowledge of GMP guidelines to ensure quality and safety during manufacturing operations Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently for extended periods Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward maintaining a safe work environment Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report issues promptly
