Responsibilities Operate basic machinery and tools following safety standard Mowing/ Weed eating as needed Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment functions correctly and safety protocols are followed Use personal protective equipment (PPE) properly at all times to maintain a safe work environment Perform heavy lifting tasks safely, handling materials or products as required by production needs Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to uphold safety standards in production areas Support team members in meeting daily production targets through active participation and cooperationExperience Prior experience in manufacturing or general labor roles is preferred but not required; we value motivated individuals eager to learn Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with basic tools and machinery is a plus Ability to follow safety standards diligently, including proper PPE use and safe lifting techniques Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaborative work environmentsJoin us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to producing high-quality products while fostering your growth in a fast-paced, safety-conscious setting!
