Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. Duties Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments using forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks while adhering to safety protocols. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with precision to ensure accurate delivery and customer satisfaction. Operate various material handling equipment such as cranes, order pickers, and load/unload machinery safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software like AS400. Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits to prevent discrepancies and ensure optimal stock levels. Follow safety regulations including OSHA standards and PPE use during all warehouse activities to promote a safe working environment. Assist in shipping & receiving processes by verifying shipment details, preparing documentation, and coordinating with logistics teams. Skills Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including stocking, order fulfillment, shipping & receiving, and materials handling. Familiarity with inventory management software Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while maintaining safety standards. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipment quantities accurately. Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and troubleshooting minor issues. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and order accuracy. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
