Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Machine Operator/Material Handler and become a vital part of our innovative production environment! In this role, you will operate a variety of industrial machinery, handle materials efficiently, and ensure the smooth flow of manufacturing processes. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining high-quality standards and safety protocols while supporting our commitment to excellence in manufacturing. This position offers an energetic work atmosphere where your mechanical skills and attention to detail will drive success every day. Responsibilities Operate machining equipment, including Flexographic printer and Burlap roller. Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery like Flexographic printer and Burlap roller to meet production specifications. Handle materials using forklifts and other warehouse tools to move raw materials and finished products safely and efficiently. Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on industrial equipment to minimize downtime. Follow safety standards rigorously while maintaining quality control through inspection techniques and proper documentation. Assist in packaging finished goods for shipment and organize materials for production line readiness. Qualifications Proven experience operating Manufacturing equipment. Strong mechanical knowledge. Familiarity with industrial equipment troubleshooting. Ability to lift up to 70 pounds throughout an 8-hour shift. Experience with forklift operation, warehouse procedures, or materials handling is highly desirable. Knowledge of safety standards in manufacturing environments is essential for maintaining a safe workspace. Basic math skills combined with Inventory control, Computer skills and tooling knowledge are advantageous. Must be able to do odds and ends work during slow periods. (Mow, clean, etc...) Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
