As a vital part of our operations, you will assist in various tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of our shop. If you enjoy working in a hands-on environment and are eager to learn, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Responsibilities Assist in the daily operations of the shop, including organizing tools and materials. Support skilled workers with their tasks, ensuring a collaborative work environment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop area. Help with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed. Deburring and cleaning finished parts Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Dependable and willing to work Previous experience in a shop or warehouse environment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with hand tools is an advantage. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
