Job Description

Skills and Abilities Active listening: Giving full attention to what your supervisors are saying and asking questions as appropriate.
Speaking:
Talking to others in a professional and courteous manner to convey information. The ability to see small details at close range and differentiate color. The ability to stand for long periods of time. The ability to exert muscle force to lift, push, pull or carry objects using both hands and good finger dexterity. The ability to lift 10 to 50 lbs. and repetitively lift 20 to 25 lbs. above head and below knee. The ability to work in hot, cold and or wet environment. The ability to use pressure hose and garden hose and work with production cleaning products. The ability to climb ladders and work on top of machinery The ability to count accurately, up to 100. The ability to work hours required, start time may vary when the process requires and working until the process is complete (no set time). Work Activities Lifting trays of eggs and baskets of eggs or ducks to a height of approx. 6 ft. and as low as approx. 8 inches from the ground. Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials, equipment and cleaning equipment. Following schematics Wear Common Protective or Safety Equipment such as hairnet, beard guard, dust mask, gloves, smocks, aprons, boots and ear & eye protection.
