Responsibilities include:
Feed corrugated into production machines Assist with machine setups and changeovers Work with lead operators to keep production running efficiently Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Bundle and prepare finished orders Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety rules and regulations Complete work orders based on production needs What We're Looking For Production or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and perform multiple job functions Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure Build a Career, Not Just a Job Many of our employees start as General Labor and grow into positions such as Machine Operator Forklift Operator Team Lead Other skilled Production Roles If you're looking for a stable company, competitive pay, great benefits, and opportunities to advance, we'd love to meet you.
